  2. How can I log in to my cPanel?
    To log in to your cPanel easily browse www.yourdomainname.com/cpanel and type in the user name and password which was given to you by one of our administration team during the web hosting setup process.

  3. How can I change the cPanel password?
    To change the password for logging in to your cPanel which means to change the FTP password, log in to your cPanel and click on the "Change Pasword" button.

    We would strongly recommend to not change the password without notice, as without being able to log in to your cPanel problems cannot be prevented or solved on the spot by our staff.
  4. How I can make a backup of my site?

    To generate regular backups of your web site is very important. GPnet will not make backups unless it is requested by you. To make a full backup (recommended) please login to your cPanel and click on the button Backup. Then click on "Generate/Download a Full Backup". As a "Backup Destination" just choose "Home Directory". As a backup takes some time to be generated you can fill in your email address and receive a mail when the backup is completed. As soon as the backup is generated you can download it from your Home Directory, i.e. with an FTP client or the File Manager available in cPanel. You will then find the file on the same like public_html and mail.
